     Upon placing an order with Royqa.com, it is important to understand (Return Policy) that you are commissioning a custom product that enters immediate production. We would like to outline our professional return policy as follows:

    Address Changes

    If you require a modification to your shipping address, kindly send an email to us, including your order number, the current shipping address, and the updated address. Address changes can be accommodated until your order departs from our facility.

    Damaged/Misprinted Items

    In the unfortunate event of a defective product, we will promptly initiate a reprint and ship it to you free of charge. Please contact us through the designated channel, providing a photograph of the item and your order number. We commit to delivering the replacement within seven business days.

    Should you be dissatisfied with the quality of your product, we offer reprints at no additional cost. Complete our contact form, attaching an image of the item to elucidate the issue, along with your order number. A dedicated team member will guide you through the resolution process.

    Returns

    You have the option to return items within seven days of receiving your order. However, it is crucial to note that damaged or misprinted items are eligible for replacement within three months from the original order date. After this three-month period, Royqa.com assumes no responsibility for replacing such items.

    Please be aware that the design, size, color, and image you upload will be faithfully reproduced on your item. If an incorrect selection is made, Royqa.com will not be liable for replacements.

    Product Image Disclaimer

    Despite our best efforts to accurately photograph and describe our products, we cannot guarantee that every photograph in production will precisely depict the merchandise's true color, owing to screen resolution variations. Please contact us with any queries concerning the color, material, or size of an item before making a purchase.

    Lost Packages

    In the event your package seems lost in transit, we are committed to replacing it to ensure your order's safe delivery. If you prefer a refund, we must wait for 14 days to account for potential delivery. Throughout this two-week period, our Customer Service Team will periodically monitor your order's progress and provide accurate updates.

    Cancellations/Returns

    To cancel your order, kindly do so within three hours of placing it due to our one-day production turnaround. Cancellation within this time frame will result in a full refund. As personalized products are unique and made to order, a $9 customization fee per item is included in your purchase. If you need to cancel your order more than three hours after purchase, we will refund the total item cost, excluding the $9 customization fee.
